We have informed and trained all MARRS team members on all new procedures effective immediately. Along with standard cleanliness and disinfecting, we are taking some additional measures including, but not limited to, allowing all employees that exhibit any signs of sickness to work from home, closing to the doors to any and all outside public traffic, daily disinfecting all internal areas, wearing masks & gloves during all customer onsite removal & pick-up, disinfecting each shipment of equipment when it is received, and disinfecting outgoing equipment.

2/1/2020: HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We had a great year at MARRS last year and we couldn’t have done it without highly-valued clients like you! I wanted to let you know what we've accomplished in 2019 and some of the things we have planned for 2020, and pay you an extra 5% next time we buy your excess computer equipment.
Last year, we integrated fantastic new software that will expedite our auditing and data destruction process. Right now we can process over 500 units at a time, which includes auditing and testing of all internal components, and data destruction to any standard. This will provide us with additional proprietary information on every device we audit, and allows us to pay you for an expanded list of parts from the non-functional/ damaged equipment because they are tested during check in & all we have to do is plug the equipment in and boot it up!
We upgraded our transportation department so that we can offer secure transport for chain-of-custody requirements world-wide, and we also offer onsite data destruction and hard drive shredding. We still provide a Serialized Certificate of Data Destruction & Disposal when we buy or recycle your retired equipment, but we hope to add a ‘Client Portal’ this year so that you can check progress on an audit or access your documents & certificates anytime at your convenience.
We have maintained our certifications including R2, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and will be updating to ISO 45001 in April. We will always go the extra mile to ensure that you maintain compliance and get the most value when you recycle your outdated computer equipment with us, and we have decided that we will explore additional certification requirements upon request.
